In Doussard-Brédannaz, Chalet de Brédanne welcomes you to a private accommodation of approximately 120 m², set over two levels and sleeping up to 8 guests.There are four bedrooms, including one with its own shower and washbasin, a separate bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room and a terrace with panoramic views of Lake Annecy and the mountains.
The garden, barbecue and fire pit (available in autumn and winter) invite you to enjoy evenings outdoors. The cycle path is just steps away, and the lake is within walking distance.
The chalet offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A separate, self-contained apartment on the ground floor is occasionally occupied. No indoor spaces are shared, the garden is reserved exclusively for chalet guests, and there is no intrusive overlooking.
